I dont think you need any permissions, you only need to credit authors of the map (wood) and LA mod and it"s submod creators.

You have to loaded thru starter,program in desktop with which you downloaded mod,and when you open game,you go to mods and ERS is called "Achtung nichtm onhe starter....... and something else,you click that,wait for it to load and then click campaign and choose either freeplay or tutorial.

Leave him alone,he is probably 12 year old kid who doesn't know what to do and goes and troll and he thinks he is smartest and super cool,and i am wondering what did you wrote? About mod that didn't come yet,and maybe,as they are concern,even wont come out? Mod that will has,and will credit them for a couple of (3-4) buildings ? A mod that doesn't make money,but yet still takes donation for their work, which is measured in hundreds of work hours,if not thousandths? Are their going to hire lawyers for 1000 $ dolars pay or more per session just to take a few buildings down a get moral satisfaction? You should work for apple then,where people just like you blocked Samsung galaxy 10.1 in Germany just because it looked like iPad,but didn't really had anything to do with iPad. I now i"m off topic now,wont happen again.

In lower right corner of post you wont to qoute you have 3 buttons, Report,MultiQuote (for multiple quotes) and Quote,for just one.

I think that there is no need for name calling, i"m sure that the criticism was meant to improve mod What really annoyed me is this :

a) As i can see,it"s called DONATION and its not mandatory,and do you really think that they would make hundreds of dollars on donation? They will most likely get a few dollars and that will go on web page rent. b) Rockstar is international company and i think that they really don't care if somebody used 3-4 of their texture for non commercial modification of game,and how do you now that rockstar is not credited? Have you seen mod yet? As i can remember its in beta yet and a lot of things are not done yet,and i think credits are one of them. And if Dyson refuses to get it off,do you think that they are going to sue him over little texture and spend a few months on court and pay their lawyers for it? c) You attacked this mod like its from hell it self,and i don't now why its such a big problem, especially MackseDK ,if you don't like, don't play it!

I have seen only one model from GTA IV and thatt is police station,so dont spit on something that you havent seen,and this A LOT different than NYC mod,released one of course . They have a huge amount of vehicles and everything that they did,not stolen,they have made a new map,from scratch,just like hoppah did with his new freeplay map and just like numerous others in their mods,and i dont recall seeing new map in NYC mod. When you build mod like this,then you will have rights to spit and insult and say that this is not original.

This map is probably most complex to make map i"v seen and if you expect it to be accurate 100 % you are crazy,so is the Time square very far away from CP,but here it is few streets apart. Dyson and Rafael tried hard to even reproduce Manhattan as accurate as they could,even if that means "deleting" a few streets between them just so they could both fit in the map. Would you rather have 100 accurate map with only 1-2 sights or would you like to have almost all of them and still much accurate map?

Emergency deluxe comes with 3 new missions and new freeplay map that has a few new events like Sniper,Hydrant malfunction,and i think missing person is also included,and some other stuff i cant remember now. -

So,what is the status with mod? Did you complete freeplay map and are now editing mission or something else? Just to be clear,i'm not asking for relase date.

There are patrol paths,but my opinion is that it just there so script can function normally,they are very small and they go like 2 blocks and go in circle so i think that this is not patrol as it sholud be.
