I have an I7-8700k, 16bg ddr4 memory, and a gt1030. When ever I open my game I see a black screen with white bars.I saw other post, so I changed the screen resolution in the config file. I loaded it up and had the same issue. Even after I went into steam and checked the file it still didn't work. I updated my driver's to the current ones and changed the config resolution.i tried with and without the mods. No difference. Still a black screen with a white boarder. If I click it crashes if I wait nothing happens. Im running Windows 10 pro, does that make a difference. IDK please help. It looks like a fun game, especially with mods. I just want to play.....
