I had to buy it from gog. They managed to find a way to make it run on computers, although not as good as when it first came out, I had read of solutions as well but as you said they had vary degrees of success. Good luck in your endeavors.

okay so I am a bit confused here... you are saying that V1.0 is already out? Where... to your beta testers? And you are talking about V1.1 and 1.2... But if it hasn't been released to the general public then your updates are not really considered 1.1 and 1.2 they are merely just a add on to what you are sending your beta testers. So currently at this moment you are actually in . 2 as nothing has been released yet.

So are you saying that you copied over the prototype for the helicopter and the rotors prototype as well? If you haven't copyed over the roters prototype as well that would be your problem as well. They could be in various areas... I would check the 03 LA Police file first to see if it is in there. If not then it will be in one of the object files... I am not sure which one, if I had my computer with me at school I could check for you but I only have my Kobo Arch 7 HD with me >.< Let me know though if you can't find it and I will have a look for it tonight before i leave to teach.

Surrey does have roughtly 03 tankers, mostly at hall 7 I believe... I would have to double check. But like I said they do. there is SOME farm land around that is not serviced by hydrants so they do have to shuttle runs

that's probably where you went wrong then. if you have edited something in the unit.xml there has to be an error in there somewhere that is creating a bit of a issue. Have a look again if you can't find it upload the file and I can have a look

Wow you quoted something back in Oct.... I guess they don't have a life and can devote all their time to the mod. Currently work is being done on the map... be PATIENT... Learn it... it will do you well.

copy and paste the 911/em4 and then go to properties and put this in the target. "C:\Program Files\WizardWorks\911 - First Responders\Em4.exe" -editor should work after that.

I am editing this for personal use but I am seeing a few issues. Which file controls the speed of units? I went into the unit files and edited it that way but I got nothing. Also I am having an issue with the follow, when they get to the person the cops are not pulling out a weapon, any idea what file that is?

okay that is exactly what I thought... you my friend have a intel graphics card. You are therefore like the rest of us unable to play the real version of this mod... you will be able to play the standard version of the game but it will lag on you. Sorry man.

Haha welcome to the way of gateway :-) I have a gateway laptop and of you have a Intel graphics card don't bother... you may have luck with the SD version but it may be lagging. Try the full version. If you get a ctd right after loading the free play it means that your unable to play because your computer doesn't have the chops to play it. Good luck!

wow... now that is odd. I know that I had an issue once with the transferring but that was because I didn't have the location correct.... what mod objects are you trying to move to which mod... I will test it out on my end and see.

Have you transferred the image over as well or the dss file? That is sounding like the problem, if the file names all add up like la mod/objects/08 light bars/(filename). Etc etc. Then u have it right your just missing the PNG file or the dss file :-)

the light model that goog and CFD are as far as I know up to date... I don't believe anyone else has come up with an updated update as far as I know.
