  1. Mr Dyson, I didn't have anything wrong with the week of awesome or the videos you did. That was one of the enjoyable things that I seen because it helped me play other mods better. My beef was the poster comp and the 400 likes on facebook before you would tell anyone of an announcement. I have really enjoyed what you have done to the mod and it shows your guys skills and the things you have done. I am not saying and I have and NEVER will say release a mod that is not ready. Release when you are ready just don't post release dates. Thanks
  2. Okay I have bitten my tongue long enough. You guys are toying with us (in my personal opinion) a week ago you post that the mod may be releast in a week to a few days. Then you seem to have come out with this poster thing. And now you want 400 likes on Facebook so that way you can "announce" when the week you guys are going to release the mod will be (subject to change of course) So when does it actually stop, because I believe and I will have to do some reasearch here but it can almost probably be labeled as emotional abuse. You guys get everyone hype up that its about to come out and then it is a let down because you guys have lives. And I am not blaming you for having one. It is just starting to get really frustrating as a gamer to being let down all the time. End rant.
  3. So how many mods are you working on right now? Or is this another part of your "Around the world" mod?
  4. There were a couple or double posts. On page one. You posted that you have updates soon and then right after that you posted your updates.
  5. So... Is this the submod that MikeyPI, Newfoundking and Hoppa did? Because if so you posted this in the wrong section. How ever... nice looking!
  6. Your bear attack is a real good idea. What would normally happen is BCAS would either 1) get a car as nearest to the patient as possible and send in conservation with BCAS or if that is not the case option two happens. 2) BCAS contacts the RCMP and notifies them of a SAR event. RCMP approves it and then SAR is activated and heads out to stabilize the patient and either 1 transport it to the nearest ambulance car or two SAR (if they have the resources ie enough personnel sets up a landing site. If they do not then they request the local fire department to create a site. Oh and by wolves you mean cougars, and or coyote (think I spelled that wrong)?
  7. Actually west van has gone to black and white cars as of ummm five years ago. But still looks awesome!
  8. Okay this Mod by 4 different sections that you are calling it is actually called a mod. If you were reskinning units even just one section of it would be called a sub mod. So therefore it is called a UK Mod. Sorry if this is sounding mean but you got to learn to say things clearly. Calling it four sections of a mod (police fire ambulance and tec) but making brand new units is called a new mod. Not just sections.
  9. So then I take it your doing the uk?
  10. Okay. I am a bit confused. Are you just creating new units for old mods or are you creating a new mod?
  11. Well I don't know seeing as how your link doesn't work.
  12. Okay one turn the caps lock off. Two I believe it is the additional units sub mod.
  13. So guys after months of trying to get the dispatching voices of actual events to work I have come to a in pass. There are two reasons for this. One Surrey RCMP went to P25 encripted a few years back which means that you can no longer hear them on a scanner inless you have a surrey police radio (good luck getting one of those.) So trying to get old radio traffic unfortantly doesn't work. And Two it hasn't been working out as well. I am not quiet sure what the problem is. So maybe one day it might work. Sorry guys.
  14. 1) I believe you already asked that question 2) if u would have read back 5 or so pages you would hav found your answer 3) if you would have noticed any of the pictures with units you would have seen that they are nothing like any models that are out there.
  15. So, I am curious how the beta testing is going and what else there is left to do?
  16. Wow really that's all your going to give I quote "won't download" gee thanks for letting us know. Maybe now you can give us an idea on why it "won't download" as it is not part of any FBI hit list downloading sites.
  17. Wow it is good to be back!!!! I just spent a week in Cancun.... Now it is time to really dig deep and get this dispatching thing working. This is actually North Vancouver City Fire Rescue, North Vancouver has two Fire Departments believe it or not. There is North Vancouver City (because it is it's own minucipality) and then you have North Vancouver District Fire Department. Here is a map on what the NVCFD does http://maps.google.ca/maps/ms?hl=en&gl=ca&ie=UTF8&oe=UTF8&msa=0&msid=203842869902918615904.0004947ec592926e1061a&ll=49.319695,-123.070006&spn=0.008308,0.012875&z=15&source=embed NVC is hall 1 in Red. Hall 5 is West Vancouver, and then the surrounding halls are NVD. Mean while North Vancouver City does Cap mall and everything down till Park Royal I believe. They are a very small fire department, they only current have 6 appratices and a fire boat. The trucks consist of E9 E10 E11 R10 Tower 10 Tech 10 and then Fire Boat 2. Now they actually don't have staff for all these trucks. Normally they only have a crew of about 6 I believe. So they only have enough to staff 1 truck and the rescue, and they usually swap trucks out during the day so thay every truck is used. When they have a major fire they usually call all their off duty fire fighters back and then they also ask for mutual aid for either NVD or West Van. Actually BCAS is having a problem keeping a lot of their Ambulances in their stations during the day and night, what they have actually been doing is staging them at night or during the day around the cities at the boarder of their stations areas to provide cross coverage. I talked to one Paramedic when I was living back home and he said he was sick and tired of being in another town providing care when he was hired to provide care in squamish. And this is not just happening in the sea to sky corridor. If you were to go to scan BC and listen to some of the BCAS feeds you will notice it. Some times they can be staged some where up to 4 hours. During the some of the Standley cup games a Car from squamish did a paitent transfer to Loins Gate General and then was asked to hold up in West Vancouver to provide coverage in case anything went wrong downtown. They were there for 4 hours.
  18. actually a highrise pack is hose that is already pre made, one fire fighter takes it off the truck and throws it over his shoulder while his partner grabs a set of irons (haligon and axe) or what ever forceable entry tool he likes. They then proceed up the stairs to either just above the fire floor or just below the fire floor and hook into a stand pipe. That is a high rise pack.
  19. That's sweet! I am looking forward to seeing more That's sweet! I am looking forward to seeing more
