911 calls, after they are considered to not have evidence, are usually released to the press. As for what the press does with them, they can pretty much play them on TV, Radio, etc if they aren't violent, contain something that may be harmful to viewers, etc. Those will be (Usually) put up on a website. As for radio transmissions, as long as they are on a public frequency, they are able to be used. All of that depends on the state, however. I know MN has restrictions on scanners, as do other states I'm sure.

Patience is a virtue.... And, something you may want to look into. You should worry more about real life for now. Don't worry about the mod if you have exams and stuff there. Those are more important than a game ... Regardless of what anyone, above, says... Ah... Hah...

For me, it was always annoying to have it turn off when I wanted to reposition a vehicle. I try to move the vehicle to a new location for some reason or another, and forget to turn it back on... And then the traffic backs up. That's for my experience anyway, other than that... I wouldn't know.

He's doing the mod in 3 parts. From what I understood in skimming the thread, Part 1 was simple units. Part 2 is going to be some more complex lights/units. Part 3 is going to be (I believe) units from Hoppah's "Additional Units" submod.

I do... Mine. Any arrestee is taken directly to lockup/jail. I believe Clark County (Vegas) does the same.

He just posted it about 4 or 5 posts up.
