Everything is actually going great at the moment! An update will be released very soon! Although we did run into one little issue, which is causing a bigger issue. Ill be making a post about it soon unless I can find a fix for it.

Hey guys, the submod and myself are very much alive! I haven't been able to do too much since life for me got very bumpy. "I know Marshall isn't likely to just abandon a mod", very very true! I wont be abandoning the submod at all. I recently got tangled up in other games as well. So I've been splitting my time between everything. I know everyone has been very patient for the time being, and I am grateful for that. Very small minor things have been taking place every chance I get. I am also helping with other mods (which I need to get back to doing, anyone I'm helping can send me reminders anytime! The way things have been going on my end, it is very easy for something to slip my mind.). There will be another update soon, I cant tell when but soon. Ive been mostly working on revamping the lighting to be very realistic! Ill be showing that off later. If you wish to view previous videos, or see what else I post. Heres my YouTube page. Yeah kinda. They had a led dash light up front though. If it is in fact a detective, then the lights wouldn't be as much as a issue as it would be for a traffic unit. So I would expect the most basic of lighting. I like the truck too!

Your welcome! First you have to register. Once registered, go to webdisc in the top section. There it will list all the modifications for each game version. I gave you the link to the EM4 section. When you enter one of the modifications, at the top there will be a blue box saying download file. Its above their image(if they have one) on the top right. If its not there, then make sure your signed in at the very top of the page. I use Google Chrome as by browser. If you are too, you can right click anywhere once the page is done opening, and click translate to English. It will help a lot! Especially if you decide to use any mods you'll want to make sure of the 'terms of use'. Let me know if you still get stuck! Have fun!

You can find the Latvia Mod here. Its free to download with no registration. You can also find some other nice things there. I think its a good mod, its a giant step from playing with big city mods. It does have some issues, but I dont know if they were patched by now. I haven't played it for a while since Ive been busy. But its a good mod to mess around and play with. Hope it helps!

Hey guys. So I'm in the process of making some sirens and found one that works perfectly. Unfortunately the clip didn't play a part long enough for me to use smoothly when editing. So I was hoping someone could tell me the name of the siren or tell me a very similar siren that sounds very identical. I can use any YouTube video, or any sound clips website for help! I'm mostly looking for the yelp, and phaser. The wail will be touched up later. Thanks!
