Yep there's the park ranger suv and crown vic. I found one of the bike when the officer was running radar on the side of the highway going into blaine county. I knocked him off of it and went off roading to lose the stars. Yeah, if you go through the gate, go to the very back side of the lot. Theres typically some parked back there. The lot is detached from the station and is almost not even noticeable unless your looking for it.

Its not too hard to steal a police car. I go to the small station on the east side of the map next to the LS Customs. They have what looks like an impound lot next to the station. The only cops are at the entrance. So when you go in, go to the back. Also, if you go up behind the VINEWOOD sign. The park ranger suv is parked at the little electrical complex with no one guarding it. The police bikes are nice! I now have one in my garage. Do you know how to get your hands on a swat suv? I've been trying like crazy but I cant find anything. I even went to the FIB HQ and looked around but they dont have anything parked.

Kickin it up and getting back in gear! Besides the Ravenna mod, I need to get working on the other mods too! Sorry to anyone Ive been helping. Im still working on the projects, but expect a little delay for the rest of this week! GTA 5!!

Did anyone else watch the new trailer on Blaine County? Around eleven seconds in you will see a short clip on the park ranger suv. It gives a nice little sample of the LED lights. Just thought I'd share. I kept going back and forth to see how the style of the lights looked. Also, did anyone else hear about LifeInvader? In case you didn't, I attached the link! Figured I would share this too.

great work wicked looking if I work out how to mod a complete submod ever and find decent basic enough info and or videos showing every step of making a mod and how to bring everything together I would deffo want to use your UI for the catagories! I think they look absolutely great at first I thought you had meant a GPS Navigation tool for the units in game which would of also be cool

Moving parking Spots in virtual objects

The only way I found to fix it, was to place objects around the VO to force them to park straight. For one thing I did, I placed street post in around the VO but lowered them so low they cant be seen. Now my one truck parks how I want it to. -
Can anyone place a name on the kind of horn this is? They use the PA 300 Series as the base siren.

You can raise the object by holding ALT and moving it. You can also change its direction by using CTRL or SHIFT in the same manner. I always lock angles before rotating anything to keep it straight.

I present to you the upgraded navigation bar for the in game vehicle menu. This will just change the little four icons representing the vehicles categories into universal icons; Instead of the default icons. Created by: Marshall8946 Important: Back up all data files! Always keep a back up of all your files before you edit them. I personally suggest copying and pasting the entire data file from EM4 into a backup folder that wont be messed with. Feel free to edit and re-upload anywhere you wish. Please read the README in the main file for the location to place these new .dds files. -
Looks pretty well structured! I have a few questions though. Will you have a set amount of time each member must be on each week?Also, will you allow players to come to your game and just check it out to see if its something they are interested in before signing up and joining?Lastly, are you allowing members to be in multiple clan and still be in yours?

I see. Perhaps however the loader is scripted would work. IDK, I know little about scripting. Looks really cool though, in reality wouldn't the EMS and SD use UTVs like the Polaris Ranger though instead of golf carts?

Yeah, I know its scripted which is my weak point at the moment. And yes they do! But also no one has created such a model and that is way out of my hands to create. So instead I just used the golf cart to make it easier on the player to get to tighter spaces.

Follow these steps to a T. Change the extension from .dds to .v3o(make sure its v3(Letter O and not zero)) Go into the editor and unpack it. Quit editor and rename the file back to its original name with the .dds extension. Now open it in paint.net and your all done!Dont repack the .dds file or your back to square one. What file are you trying to open?

Just made a huge personal accomplishment! I finally passed a barrier in scripting! I have so much more work to do now and things to redo!

Hey guys! I've been posting many updates on FB... so in case you cant access or dont use FB heres a few updates that have been posted already! There are a few, and they are pretty big! Since its always said, I just have to ask out of curiosity. Modelers speak of getting work done in free time as a hobby since its unpaid. But I'm curious how much would a modeler ask for, for a simple model? I'm not asking, I'm just curious of prices.

To lower the tower ladder, just click on the FF while he is in the bucket and right click on the ground to get him to move to that position. It will lower the ladder and he will eject from the bucket. -

What causes the crashes when you edit the fire departments model of the building? I keep getting crashes with all the fd building models when I edit them. But vehicle edits work just fine..

Im sitting here looking over the script, and Im curious if you can change how long an officer will stand there talking to the car on a traffic stop? Im looking over the LA Chase command.

The only problem with that is, when your using the chase command it can be for a pulling over a car or chasing a suspect on foot.

I know, which I saw it was also in parts. Im just looking to change the amount of time he stands there talking to the vehicle when doing the 'talk' animation.

Can you play the Manhattan Mod? If not, then it is for sure your computer. Its only because the mod is so highly detailed that after so long, your computer kicks you off of it and closes the game. The skins are all in the highest resolution, which is the biggest graphic reason. You'd have to lower the skin sizes to be less quality to play longer.
