Ive been running fraps in 30 FPS. I have Intel® Core™ i3-2130 CPU @ 3.40GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.4GHz for graphics. One thing I forgot to mention, when I run fraps, I leave the FPS numbers to show up on my screen. They always go down to the tens area.. They go down real low. Although, I didnt have any problem when I ran fraps and 911FR on my older computer.

Hello, when ever I try to run fraps in recording of in game use, the game lags beyond belief. Both programs are being ran in compatibility(SP3) and admin. The actual game runs perfectly and so does Fraps, but not so well when they run together. Fraps is registered(I don't think this would effect it). The rest of the info is in the DxDiag. I've searched the forums and didn't see a topic relating to this. Im just trying to figure out if this is a problem I can fix or not. Here is an example of what its doing. You will have to ask sniper about that. He hosts the link for that. On other news, one of the detectives have been finished. There will be two detectives, one male and one female. Both vehicles have been finished, but just need lighted. The crown vic, may have some more things added into the paint at a later date, its still a WIP.

Okay, so here it all is! -Remember, this is only the style! I wont be recreating the person in the picture- Choice #1-jeans and casual wear with badge and gun showing Choice #2-Full tactical gear(highly unrealistic but still a choice). The patches FBI & Medic wont be there. Choice #3-Dress attire with badge and side holsters(in game, the holsters wont be added, just the badge) Choice #4-Full suit and tie with no police markings

The only marine units will be the fire departments water rescue and dive rescue. Otherwise nope. The only other water unit is a static boat. I dont make the models, but if I find anyone that is offering free models and I see a good water boat or anything, Ill add it.

I will be adding detectives into the game. Although, they will not have much of a role in the game except for if you want to have real realism or roleplay.

OMG! Im absolutely speechless! You just completely shot my skin and lights out of the water! I really like how you also did the actual glass for windows, I was starting to think no one else had figured it out. Great job! I also really like your scripts you made up!

Its a dispatch software. It keeps track of the incidents and what units are all on what call.

The only paramedic that wears a shirt is the NEAS guy, the off duty paramedic, and the stretcher guys but the stretcher guys do have the buttons. I cant add too much more, simply because I'm already going out of a little realism with some of the clothes on the fire department and medical units. NEAS is a private ambulance company, they typically wear polos or just a simple jacket with their patch. I pushed the NEAS guy with having a medical patch on his shoulders. I hope you dont think Im being mean when reading this, this can sound a little harsh. But its not meant to be. Although, I did have in the back of my mind on reworking all the persons units. I recently learned how to make HD skins, so the persons will all be cleaned up a lot before release. With that, a lot of the skins I had I made and had helped on when I first started this submod were low quality skins. Before the release, I will be going back and reworking a lot of them. And over time, I noticed some mistakes I had made on some police cars. So therefore, most of the units will be reworked and fixed up. Not to mention, most of my units are multiples(like the police). So I will be going back and changing light patterns on some vehicles. Also, griffy is now back and able to help in lighting the vehicles Sorry to write a book, but heres when I type back, I like to include everything so you and the others reading are as up to date as I am. It also keeps you all knowing what is going on and eliminates a lot of future questions that you may be curious about. Enjoy!

Looks great! The ladder could use some fixing on the front window, but I really like the Canadian flag on the shoulder of the paramedic.

There is no Australian sound siren. If your talking about the one on the ambulance, I made that with a mixture of many sirens and sounds. Sorry, I cant send it. Thank you for the complement though!

That doesnt sound like a bad thing. Although the most people that will be on the site will be the ones from this forum. I fully support this in every way! This will help many people who want to understand the reason behind the units and things that are in game. Let me know if you'd like me help you in anything on the website.

Gas explosions are rare and sometimes little. There are a lot of medical calls though. In Ravenna, the citys ambulance is almost always out of station on calls. You'll have some random fire calls, the little events like viscous dogs and earthquakes have been disabled. You'll rarely get homicides or shootings. You will get some stolen vehicles and traffic accidents pretty often considering there are a lot in Ravenna. Hostage situations are also kinda rare but not too rare. That pretty much sums it up! I hope that's what you were looking for. For everyone else: Ill be house sitting -not my house- so I wont have my actual computer do my work for a week. Although, I just got a laptop so hopefully I can get home and get my stuff set up on this laptop and do some little work while Im away.
