The download link does however say http://forum.emergency-planet.com/index.php?/forum/36-download-los-angeles-mod-for-emergency-4/ ? I just noticed the forum<->www change in the URL - however, literally the one linked everywhere I can see and find (including the first post) goes for the forum. link, which seems to be dead?

Sorry to necro if indeed I am but... I can't seem to find a download for the LA mod anymore. Basically anything I can find references the download link from here and well, file not found.
