ok so last night i downloaded the new england 1.1 mod and went to get on the NYC mod. but when it loaded the game i couldnt interact with the units.. anyone know the issue with it?

i had the LA mod 1.8 and 1.9. is there anywhere i can go to get the 1.8 mod at all? i got the 2.0 but want the map for the 1.8
