Hmm search it in google, loads of people have uploaded it Right guys brainstorming time, need to think of things to include in the map, it will be a condensed version of manhattan so going to include the best bits really. I need your help to plan out what should go where so far we have,,, Ground zero - pretty much done (not really too hard) St Paul's - done Times square (due to the diagonal roads and em4s very square buildings I may leave it out hah) Anything else? Neighbourhoods? Areas of interest? Post pics for me guys! Cheers Dyson x

Well it's going to be a tall order, no have finished work will be released, but... New Map. Teaming up with the WTC mod (draw from that what you will) Some new models. Working towards new commands. And the usual stuff that I always give you guys. But the main thing is going to be a more realistic New York atmosphere

Well I'm currently working on ground zero and st paul's. Here's a rough plan of what's gonna go down.. EDIT: midtown is replaced with downtown haha

Haha yeah, the plan is to cover all the best parts of NY in one map, just like an overall, focused on manhattan. Going to try to develop neighbourhoods of different classes and everything too. Also features the site of ground zero, which could be used as the full WTC in the WTC mod. Anyway it all looks very hopefull gonna be a massive task though.

Work has fully resumed, my exams aren't till next month, so tonight I'll pull an all nighter to give you guys somet to look at, but I'm pretty optimistic about whats happening to this submod, all I'll say is new map, bigger, more accurate and we're off to manhattan. Details and screens to follow.... Here goes.. (these are very early stage pictures) What does everyone think (I realise the lane is on the wrong side but I am english so was just out of habit I'll fix it soon haha) Think you can help with the new map? I'm looking for people experienced in creating paths, virtual objects etc to assist me .

Aww come on guy, we're a 4 man team, 3 modelers and me, I'm doing exams atm. I'm literally sat on a releasable version ready to release, however hellijumper has withdrawn his model, so I'm looking into a replacement atm, plus reece is working on a new precinct. So I feel it is a bit unfair to say 'move on'. I'm no Mikey, Hoppah or NFK but I'm trying. And besides I have released two beta versions.. Sorry to disappoint Dyson x

haha cheers, well it's kinda make or break time with my A-Levels so I really gotta do some work, but once they're over, the night of my last exam I'll pull an all nighter and get you guys some more screens to take a look at Should be able to do a virtual tour of the map soon so watch out for that ony my youtube channel too

its due to balancing issues in the mod, just bugs the cause CTDs, all sorted for the new release though hopefully (90% removed)

Sorry for not posting been on holiday, back now resuming work.. Also begun work on my European mod.. the UK Manchester mod is under the Mods section check it out if you want to continue to check out my work after this is released.

yeah this is going to be a full mod, decided I wanted to do something english, and I'm from manchester. Hopefully will be right down to local, e.g Neighbourhood PCSOs, Hopefully will have events targeted at our culture rather than bank robberies and bomb plots etc.. Here's the area I plan to cover.. http://www.mossley.net/bottommossley.htm It's a very small rural village. We have our own pretty useless police called 'Tameside Patrolers' http://www.tameside.gov.uk/tmbc_images/citizen46/patrollers.jpg They will also be added in. And the map will also include neighbouring areas which are different (like downtown in LA) which would be http://cache.virtualtourist.com/4440734-Travel_Picture-Ashton_under_Lyne.jpg still not urban but would have higher numbers of crime etc. So all in all this mod is not to compete with any major UK mods, or to represent the entire country, but anyone from the Uk who, like me, lives in a small rural village where nothing ever happens except from the occasional bar fight, burglary or joy riding, hopefully this will be an accurate representation of what it's like... Thoughts and opinions? Dyson x

Precincts don't have alarms, but the smaller objects will be added as childs.

Right.. There is currently a private beta which patches 2.3 it is beta version so still has a few issues (mainly no lights yet) but after beta testing is completed I will finish of the work and compile it into an all new version.. All known bugs have now been removed according to beta test feedback, there are some small issues still remainingwhich are being loooked at, so other than that s'all good Dyson
