I turned every single background programs off and ran the game again, put all the settings to low and it didn't help. What happens is when u have the camera on the unit the frame rate just drops but once u move away from the unit the frame rate is good again.

I don't think i have an out dated computer. I got a AMD Radeon HD 6870, 6Gbs of ram and an Intel Core i5. Is that outdated?

Turned everything in the options menu to low or off and it still lags when u have the camera on the units, however when you turn the lights off there is no lag at all.

For some reason when ever i have my camera on one of the police cars it Lags really bad but when i turn the lights off theres no lag? is there anyway to fix this?
