A have another PC with windows 7, but there is this problem too. I think it can't run on any windows newer than XP.

- Better AI (free will) - More units - Specialized units - Ability to turn on/off sirens and lights (While turned on, gangsters can hear you but cars will let you go) - Automatic weapons - Better police events - Ability to redirect cars to other direction - Police chase of cars, persons - In freeplay money for events

I have windows 8 and when I runned Emergency 3 it sayed I need windows 95, 98, me,2000, xp, or 2003 server. I tried running it in compatibility mode but it didn't solve it.
