it worked fine for over 2 years Lenovo Ideapad Y700 is the laptop i use 16gb ram instead of 8 tho

When i launch emergency 4, it starts up a black streen then it stops working and crashes i tried the following: - reinstalling - checking game files consistency (steam) - rebooting none of them worked
