Got the UK version, crashes to desktop within 10 Minutes of play

tried downloading following your suggestion using chrome and normal internet explorer and still the file is corrupt

tried about 6 times now and every time it is corrupted

Ive recently re installed emergency 4 and thought id play a few mods, however every mod i install bar los angeles and even the vanilla em4, the traffic lights don't work, they switch from red to amber then green continuously. any help or input would be appreciated james
