The download issue for me appears to be Internet Explorer 11. After 3 days of screwing around and it stopping at 72% everytime. The only thing left I could think of that I hadn't done is try another browser. Fired up Google Chrome and was able to download the HD and SD versions of this mod without any issues at all. Now to try them and see which runs better on my computer. -

Hi, My issue is apparently related to Internet Explorer 11. Using it both MEGA and the mirrors both failed. I've never had issues downloading with it before, but switching to Google Chrome fixed it, Getting ready to install the mod now. -
Possible very slight bug. If you are moving a fire unit or ambulance and the lights and sirens are on. If you press return to station before it gets to where you want it go and it stops fully and the siren shuts off. The Unit will return to the station without lights but the siren still blaring, it then shuts off once it backs into quarters and stops

Ok, I understand. Still is an amazing mod, I just have to adjust my gameplay slightly. At least I know all is working as it should.

I love this mod so far. I am not sure if I am having a problem with it or not though. I do realize this is based off a multiplayer clan system so that very well may be it. When i started my game, I filled every firehouse on the map completely. I got a bigger structure fire and sent a couple engines and a ladder and the Chief. I decided I wanted to call for an extra engine and truck. But when I click on the buttons in the chiefs menu to call for the extra units I get a message on the top of the screen saying no fire engines availble etc. Am I doing something wrong? Is this the message I should be getting? Thanks

pretty much agree with all that has been said already. Newfoundkings idea is best though. How about make a realism mode, Send the right vehicles to do the job, This will include requiring hookups to a supply etc etc. Otherwise more of an Arcade mode where you can send one rig to put out the neighborhood with unlimited water supply, for someone who just wants to play a quick game sometimes.

im slightly confused. Do I download the 1.1 beta or the 1.1 HCB and then hotfix. Just wanna be absolutely sure I have the latest version to try. -
Yep, It works perfectly. Anyone who does like to use 4x4's LA submod but wants Googs excellent updated models the link above is the way to go. Thank you so much for taking the time to make up a fix for us Goog. Now a quick side question... If I download that speed fix file a few posts above. Will that wipe out the 4X4 fix or would I be ok still. I honestly don't use patrol that much so If it will make additional work for you or another file you have to create, I am perfectly happy leaving it as it is.

Goog or anyone else who can help, I am trying to use this mod with Xplorer 4x4's version of the LA mod. With YSB's patch 9. I am able to get everything installed perfectly. Game works great and the changes really make it awesome. I have a problem though. Every police vehicle now wants to park at the main police station instead of Xplorers new substations for port police and LASD. I will be perfectly honest, I have NO clue where to even start looking to change it back to the way it was. It worked fine before installing this submod so its gotta be something thats changed for the LAPP car and the LASD cars I just have no clue what. Goog, I know your super busy with the RCMP mod but if you or anyone else has any ideas what I did wrong or what needs fixed I would very much appreciate the input. Thanks in advance, Tom

I absolutely can't wait for this to come out. It is going to completely renew my interest in the game. I've tried to read thru most of the thread but with 107 pages I very well may have missed this. Do you guys have any plans on making this compatible with Emergency 4 Deluxe? Will it be in English like the LA MOD if you do? Thanks for all of the amazing work on this, There is just no way I could even begin to do half these things. Tom **EDIT** After thinking about this for 3 more minutes I forgot it is still a submod of LA MOD so it probably negates the English part of my question. Sorry about that.

Something I just noticed. I had installed the latest version of xplorer 4x4's customized LA MOD 2.09. The Upgraded units mod works perfectly as far as getting the cars into the game. However, the new "police stations he created for the Port police(upper left on map) and the LASD/CHP(Upper Right corner of map) you cannot send those cars to their stations now. They just drive around the city and it says "no parking available, vehicle starts a patrol" Once the RCMP mod is up and running well, is this something you guys might be willing to try to repair, if its even possible?? Are you trying to play a previously saved game after making the changes?? Typically you have to start a brand new game for it to use the new settings. At least that seems to be the only way it works for me.

Yeah, I had tried that. Was having a bunch of trouble with the configurator. None of the flag buttons wanted to work. Its mostly in english now. Not sure if something is still wrong or not.

I would actually like to try the Winterberg mod also, but I am competely lost at this point. I too thought there was a way to convert it to english if I read correctly. How can it be done. or where do you get the files? Thanks in advance

Could you make it work like the Mass Casualty Unit. I am almost positive when you load it up with patients and it returns to HQ, it leaves with lights and sirens on, then just goes off map. I'm just wondering if something differs because its tied into the return to HQ command like the Tow truck has. VS the regular ambulances going to the hospital.

My car is a 2003 Ford Crown Victoria LX. I have lots of modifications done to it. Tinted Tailights and spoiler 2006 Mustang GT wheels Tinted Windows Custom painted headlights and Mercury Marauder Sidemarkers.

Ok, I tried the standard game works perfectly. Installed the LA MOD 2.0 alone... Works perfectly. Installed the AUS Submod...Worked Perfectly. I edited a few things such as starting money amount etc, and the problem resurfaced. I switched it back and it works fine. Now I gotta figure out which thing I edited was too far out of parameters and made the game go crazy.

I didn't get that far yet. I really only play the LA MOD at this point. I will remove the mod again and try the standard game.
