So with my EM4, ((specifically 911 first responders)) I am having an issue with my units, where they have black textures and blurry textures on them (only sometimes blurry). I'm not really sure what to do and it is very annoying when I'm trying to have a decent looking game without having to the set the graphics too low. I have Intel HD 2000 if you are wondering.

My command menu wont even pop up...
