erfd: You cant just say that learning to model takes year, people are differend, someone learns fast but for someone, it takes like 2 years, i learned to model cube firetrucks 1 day after i got the modelling program, and next month/week i started using polygons.

yes, but RTS is a simulator so you really have to know about medical stuff, and how to react in such of situations

Wrong. it is possible to make. You just need to be good scripter to make all of them work different way. And, dont you just come here with "can someone make me" stuff. you should try and make them by yourselft : p

I Have thinked tampere, helsinki or pori mod after this, bechause their near me, well helsinki aint. And im not sure about am i going to make Esperis, HES or mg cars for this, usually they just drive grandmoms to hospital at turku.
