1) Its about modelling program, you need zmodeler 2 Full-version to export them to v3o file, if you do model in like, 3dsmax, export it to 3ds file, import the 3ds file to zmodeler2, uv-map, if you have texture (you can uv map in the other program too). 2) In zmodeler2 Ist uv-mapping, check uv-mapping tutorial at "Tutorials" Section.
