Yeah, managed to get back everything except my Photo. Same message. Solutions: Get rid of all US oil companies, all banks and replace them with credit unions, and then replace and reformat the entire government. It's the only way to deal with this and the Recession. The "blue rectangles" are called Virtual Objects and can be created/selected by going to Scene - Virtual Objects. Then find the ones used for the parking spaces by the police station, add more and name them appropriately, then edit the Go to Police Station script so they can be used as parking spaces.

I'm pretty sure they already do that in the mod.
