OK so no longer will this post just be about Vancouver PD like i Original wanted it to be. Infact THREE County's from Canada I'm going to attempt to do a Reskin from: LA MOD 2.0. Now if anyone see's any of these car's that I have/attempting to Reskin and you find it to be Outdated or needs a patch up let me know by all means. However if WoodStock PD paint Scheme is outdated that doesn't matter it is orignally meant to be. VIDEO 1 Is now RELEASED! VIDEO 2 Vancouver is now finished. (UPDATED.), But not video only pictures. VIDEO 3 Toronto is now finished. No pictures'video's yet but there will be soon. The reason why VPD is back in Reskin: Because the paint job is outdated PLUS the paint job was AWFUL. Thanks goog1967 . Oh yeah and by the way I'm going to include two (or three Including Female) officer's Reskinned to Each County.

Alright so the problem I'm having here is that I do not know how to replace a skin model i have GIMP 2 Installed and Photoshop CS5 Trial. I unlocked the DDS file and all, Now all i need to do is Replace the Skins. How do i do this?. Here's the main picture of what i wanted. OOPS! I just realized that this is in EM3 If there's any Admins or Mods reading this can you please Move this to the EM4 topic >.<

Right, So one thing i cannot stress more than enough is this. When i'm playing on the NYMOD V1 i think it is. It backs out! Like complately backs out and i have to restart the game. What do i do? My Graphics are on Low and no shading or anything but it still backs out. So when it backs out all i see is a Black Screen for a few seconds than it returns me to Windows 7 Desktop. What do i do?

How do i open photoshop 32bit version?

Ok so after i tried to open the dds file again but with the Photoshop RAW type, I putted in the channel 32Bit and i also clicked on guess and the file is now open bad thing is though is all i still see is a grey box no textures or anything This could be because i am using RAW file type to open it and such but i mean come on what else am i ment to do, I'm on windows 7 aswell, I'll try the same with the London mod, I'll do a reply to the forum on this saying if it had worked or not.

Eh sorry to burst your bubble but thats not true , What i mean is, is this, I can ONLY use Photoshop RAW file type but i dont know the height or the length, maybe im doing it wrong or something but i donno, it just keeps saying the same old same old never changes .

I promise this is NOTa double post, I have the trial version of Photoshop CS5 with the dds plug-in, Now I am trying to followThis tutorial When i set the chpt.dds file to chpt.v3o like it said, Everything goes well, Until I go to load the texture from (Models/Vehicles/LA Police/chpt.v3o)It load's up but when it is finished, I Get this message. Could not complete your request because it is not the right kind of document. What am I doing wrong? I re-installed the dds plug-in,No luck, And even though im putting .v3o at the end of my renaming, It says this. (DDS File) So it obviously hasn't changed but when i go to check the CHP it is all white and unskinned,I need urgent help!.

i looked at the tutorial but its no good i cant understand it without seeing a video of it, Eh im special like that and whats even more confusing is a person who made a Dallas police force said he used Gimp 2 (which i also use for different 3D Textures)to open a file or something i donno!! its all way to confusing

Sorry i don't know if this goes in here or not but heres my problem, i go to to Paint and i start it up, everything is running fine i have the photoshop.dds and the other version of dss just incase, now here is where the problem starts, i go to open a dds file on an k9 officer (LA MOD by hoppah) and it says this "There was an unspecified error while opening file" What does that mean? am i doomed and i cant do texture? or i can just how do i get pass this stupid barrier? i was all excited since im new to texture and stuff..and if anyone of yous are wondering why i chose the LA MOD its for private useage and plus, thats a total different topic lol, i need help what do i do?

My problem is that when i play that mod IT always and i say always crashes and closes down on me without me doing anything the thing is i cant use any fire fighters in that dutch mod cos if i do BAM thats it u know the whole thing closes down on me

Hey um did you do the pattens by yourself? or did someone helped you out? and are the lightbars on reverse/standard/multiple? or just standard? and does it have any directional lightbars aswell?
