I have attachments the File You was ask for but i don't know if it work with you it work with me when i was have the game in ( PL) Lang but now i have 911 in english so if it like i Think you will put it in this place ( Emergency 4\Data\Lang ) Copy and Past and you will have the Game In English eng_emergency_4.rar
