All the LAcoFD units are now done with the completion of quint116.I have the LAFD hazmat left then the fire units are all done.

That lightbar was a mindfuck. Pardon the language but for a long time I thought of it to be a pair of "mini" Twinsonics. I was wrong. It's actually a unique model of a fullsize 44 (or 48 inch) Code3 SD with the center section removed to allow for the fitting of a fullsize 100 watt speaker which would otherwise not fit within the metal center section. The process of getting info on the lightbar was wild: I found it in the most unusual of places: Retro Las Vegas Metro Police cars. With these in mind, no I do not have any plans for retro Las Vegas. However if anybody else wants to try it out for themselves, I will gladly provide whatever support I can. __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The poll is in, the people have spoken: They can wait. A plurality of people want me to finish this mod with all the assets done. That is how it shall be.

I also have 2 new additions to the PD family. Jeep Cherokee texture and wheels by Ibarra. Aerodynic lightbar by EmC Unit and rihis. SWAT SUV board texture by Hoppah. All other work by me.

I'd like to give credit where due on that one: Those "new" songs are actually from Emergency 3, Em2 and Em1. All we did was include them as tribute to the older games because we like to remember where we came from. Personally I am glad that somebody paid attention to the music choices we put in.

I'd like to give a shout out to the team on how great their music selection is. It really feels like it fits with the original 911 FR/EM4 soundtrack but with a distinct 'Miami' twang. Especially "43_soundtrack_low_03" which encapsulates it all perfectly: the guitars give it a sort of Miami Vice feel but the overall tone is one of lurking danger but with a hopeful vibe throughout - which is, after all, kind of the feel of this whole thing. Yes, there are dangers and tragedies going on, but help is just around the corner. I love it especially for the hostage situations and traffic accident scenes when it comes on. Really sets the mood brilliantly. This mod is fantastic in all its details. I'm loving it!

It’s gonna be like the LA Mod wildfire mission.

For the most part it will be the same,still no new map.My plan now is to swap out the RCMP units (reduce the poly and resize them all) with our LA mod upgrades (once completed).I just want to get this to where you guys can have it and play it. My main focus will be completing LA upgrade first then I will jump on this.

Sorry guys for no update on long time. COVID HIT PREETY BAD SOO THAT TOOOK AROOUND 90% OF MY TIME BUT SITUATUIN IS A OK FOR NOW. MY PC IS UNDER ERPPAIR BUT I WILL CONTINUE THE WORK ON THE MOD UPDATE OON PROGRESS IN VERY NEAR FUTURE

Hello, apologies for my hiatus here. i am in the process of redoing station 99 (South Blainland) as i think the units looked like trash and some of them were not scaled properly. I made a engine using Itchyboy's International Terrastar cab and a rear made by me with a lot of help and teachings from Itchyboy. it also includes some small beacons from EmC-Unit's Light Pack, and Yankee43's 53" Federal Signal Navigator lightbar. The texture is not yet complete, and many improvements on the model can probably be done, but for now, here's where E99-2 stands. I am also in the process of (yet again) reworking the map as i am unhappy with it. I've also taken one of Itchyboy's Ambulances from his Ambulance Pack and kitted out with lights from his Emergency Light Equipment pack to match those of the ones local to me, and will hopefully not only use them in Logi Valley, but also Ormond Beach once i return to it. reference And with that i shall crawl back to my cave, and will update once there's something interesting.
