Thanks for this. I'll do some asking around outside of EmP to confirm. This one's a bit random, but I've got another civilian vehicle on the way. I was also in the process of doing helicopters but due to some technical issues, those will be delayed for quite a bit.3 points

This is probably the best source as the "Gone in 60 Seconds" movie either used actual police officers and some of the police cars were purchased at auction as opposed to making them from scratch.1 point
