I do have plans for FOAM, yes! I just need to find a good FOAM script that I can use but that's something I will have to fix later on! Currently I'm redoing the map. The map will be focused on south of the Bronx. It will have 3 firehouses and possibly a hospital or a police station. The firehouses are, Squad 41 Engine 60, Ladder 17, Battalion 14 Engine 71, Laddr 55, Division 6

I am working on fixing textures curently and i am adding stuff into the game.Update in a week.

It sounds like an update is overdue. The mod is in limbo, for now. I'm going through Paramedic school while working full-time, and have a lot less time than usual to commit to modding. Keep in mind that is all temporary, and when things settle down, you can expect to see future releases.
