Id go with the right ones. They reflect the LED colors better. Note that LED, halogen and strobe all have their own unique colors and timings. LED tends to be vibrant and slightly slower in flash than strobe. The LED colors tend to be very saturated due to the multiple individual LED modules in each light. in all honesty I don't even think it's a download issue, he stated he went to play via Freeplay, which this mod works SOLELY off Campaign scripts (i.e. you need to go to Campaign to start the game).

Need Help! I try and download the file and use the EM4Mod Installer, but it either says it's already and needs to be deleted or it is corrupt.

You have to use them by opening with the Campeighn menu. It will open up 'Test Screen' for CPH Mod.
