Ok your original statement said you have Intel but specs list a gtx960m. The likley cause of your issue is game is running on your Intel gpu and not the more powerful nvidia gtx960m. In GeForce control and the game and select the option to force it to use the gtx960m1 point

Killer you have done the unthinkable with emergency 5/2016 with the now adding of a actual working patrol, take into custody, and adding units faster than the anticipated bebierfeild mod. Those lights are dope. I assume those are regular emergency lights and not scene lights... do you plan to do scene lighting at some point? That'd be nice to have lol-1 points
