I've been working on the Jordansville Submod for awhile. Based off Mayberry, with heavy edits made. Jordansville is a fictional city in Jordan County, Pennsylvania. The County Sheriffs Office is based in Jordansville, and a Pennsylvania State Police Barracks is located on the outskirts of Jordansville too. Jordan County Sheriffs are the primary Law Enforcement agency, with PSP assisting where needed. Three fire companies cover Jordansville: Rutherford Fire Company (Station 21), Shady Valley Fire Company (Station 2), and Good Will Fire Company (Station 52). Emergency Medical Services are provided by Black Forest Ambulance Company, which pays the fire companies to house their ambulances. BFAC also has a small operations office in Jordansville, where a supervisor resides. No need to make this issue public.

This bug happens on newer, high end systems. The game doesnt like fast CPU's so it does this to traffic lights. The only way you can fix the bug is to individually adjust every stoplight to be slower. I think it was the last number of the traffic light name in editor.

Here is are some avatar/signatures you can use if you'd like. If you don't want to use them than you can just look at them to see what the units will be like in Harbor City 5. FYI: The mod should come out around 1400-1800 EST, depending when I get out of bed!

In the emergency installation map there is a file named Em4.cfg Always do a Back-up Open it using Notepad or similiar easy note program. (so not office word or open office) then search for a text like this <var name="r_xres" value="1600" /> <var name="r_yres" value="900" /> Remember 1600 900 are mine screen sizes. the best way to find it is using the key combination ''Ctrl" + "F" search for ''x", notepad will say ''can not find x'' now select search upward and you will find <var name="r_xres" value="1280" /> now set this to the screen sizes you have. If it goes wrong please restore it first and take up contact with me by PM, Make sure you installed Teamviewer. I will provide you using distance control.

I check up on this post a couple times a week, but I am disappointed a few times a week. Hope to at least hear an update soon.
