Happy that the work spent has paid off with a good finished product. Played this mod a lot back in 2011. I modded that iteration of the mod (for myself), but this new one definitely tops it off. I'm liking the tiny details put on to the map. It may be a derivative of stock Em4, it manages to become unique due to the amount of detail added. The London theme is really well done and helps sell the theme. Only issue I have so far is that it might be leaking memory because I experience increasing amounts of lag an hour of gameplay. I'd also have wanted that the parking spots on the map actually worked for ambulance and PD. So many designated park spots on the map, I just wish I'd have the time to make those park spots functional so that you have a full fleet of vehicles on the map at start. Automation would also have been cool like being able to dispatch units via dispatcher. I may do a few edits to the mod for my own personal use.2 points

We proudly present the revamped New York City Modification v2.0! Currently still in heavy development, we have been working on a new version of this mod. The mod will contain many new features, such as a progressive style of gameplay, unique missionscripted events, interface changes, new functionalities and -of course- a new map. In this first report we'll show you pictures of the new map we're working on. The new mod is fixed in a post-9/11 era to about 2008. We didn't want to focus on updating vehicles constantly, instead we're focussing on improving gameplay elements, trying to keep the game challenging and fun. We'll release more information regarding gameplay changes later. The new map is fictional and won't be a copy of a real part of New York City. Instead we choose to make a more compact map with many (downsized) landmarks and influences from New York City and the North-Eastern American environment. This way, the map will provide a lot of variation with many things to get into. Pictures say more than words, so have fun watching the editor screenshots below: New screenshots 04/13/2015: In regards to current mod status: the core gameplay elements are done, but the new map isn't even halfway done and still requires a lot of work. Don't expect a release anytime soon.1 point

Here is are some avatar/signatures you can use if you'd like. If you don't want to use them than you can just look at them to see what the units will be like in Harbor City 5. FYI: The mod should come out around 1400-1800 EST, depending when I get out of bed!1 point

City of London Police have released a still from CCTV footage near the UK's Kuwaiti Embassy after police and ambulance services responded earlier in the day to what is believed to have been a hostage situation. Witnesses say they heard bangs and shots fired around the embassy area before being rushed away by armed police officers. The Metropolitan Police Diplomatic Protection Group have confirmed a man was fatally shot by Counter Terrorism officers of the Specialist Firearms Command during entry to the embassy, and that a bomb squad was dispatched but did not find any explosive devices in the building. The Kuwaiti government has refused to comment on the situation, but has said that their diplomats are safe. High levels of congestion are being experienced around Albert Gate as police direct traffic away from the area. Developing...1 point

Hi All, London Mod v1.3 should now be available in the download section. Many thanks to theocd, randomperson139, Pottyscotty and Wkboy714 for assisting at the beta testing stage; your help, input and advice were greatly appreciated. And also to Sniped222 for his continuing support of the various updates. I’ve just got a few points to make before signing off. If you like the mod…that’s fine If you don’t like the mod…that’s fine. The world would be a boring place if we were all the same! However, if you feel disappointed or surprised that a certain unit or script wasn’t included in the game, or that a particular ‘feature’ didn’t function as you’d expected, then please resist the temptation to post your thoughts within theses pages…Because too be quite frank… I’m not interested in your opinion! Everything I wanted to see in a mod is in there...And that’s all the matters! Please make sure you install v1.3 as a completely separate version and DO NOT overwrite v1.2 if it’s already in your mod folder! Please make a ‘concerted effort’ to familiarize yourself with the ‘known issues’ in the mod by reading the appropriate PDF that’s been placed within the ‘clearly identifiable’ game folder! And remember, there are no prizes for wanting to be the first to report a bug! The mod uses the ‘standard’ EM4 installer, as this provides the safest, most convenient and hassle-free form of installation for the majority of users, I am ‘fully aware’ that some people have problems with this installation method but that’s the only one there will be…So please DO NOT PM me asking for an alternate method of installation! The mod is pretty graphics intensive and there can be considerable ‘game lag’ for those using computers with medium/lower spec graphics cards & CPU’s. With that in mind I took the decision to drastically reduce the number of events taking place on the map at any one time. If you decide to edit the ‘freeplay params’ file to increase the number of incidents, then you do so at your own risk! If you’re still having problems getting the mod to run properly because of lower pc specs, then I’m very sorry, there’s nothing I can do about it. And no…I have no plans to release a ‘lite version’ so don’t ask! And finally…Please don’t PM me asking to use the London Mod (especially the map) as a starting point for ANY kind of submod…No permission will be given now…Or anytime in the future! Currently, I have no plans to work on v1.4, so for now, v1.3 will be the last edition. Many thanks to all those who have downloaded the mod in the past…And ‘Stuck with it’... awaiting the arrival of the latest version! Kind Regards Mintcake691 point

To answer both your questions.... Mintcake's post clearly says there is a pdf file in the mod folder with a list of the known bugs. I'm sure you know how to find the mod folder! And ' Please don’t PM me asking to use the London Mod (especially the map) as a starting point for ANY kind of submod…No permission will be given now…Or anytime in the future!' pretty much answers your second question.-3 points
