And in the grand scheme of things these were not even active-shooter instances. @miniboy: Diff areas/regions have different names for their SWAT, some call em HBT, some HRT, some ERT, some SWAT, some tactical response teams, the list goes on and on. For the most part, they all are essentially the same intention though, better weapons at their disposal and higher training for specialized responses.
