Model has the Federal Signal Legend on it with the defeult color grey
if you want to change the color, open the lightbar texture OR replace it with
one of my other skins in the download section
**NOTE** Do not forget to open the .v3o files when you want to change the lightbar!
The model self is hard to reskin as I have heard from other guys that used the model before
